    Jim represents clients in the areas of:

     

    Jim leads the firm’s corporate and transactional practice. He works regularly with corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, shareholder buy-outs, private securities offerings, and business purchase and sale agreements, including business succession issues.

    At Home

    Jim lives in Mt. Pleasant with his wife, Courtney, and their two sons. He is an outdoorsman who enjoys birding, amateur wine making, college football and, most of all, his family. Outside the office, you’re most likely to see him coaching a son’s  ball game, attending a community event, or spending time at Mount Pleasant Presbyterian Church, where he’s an active member.
