Jim leads the firm’s business law practice. He works regularly with corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships on shareholder buy-outs, private securities offerings, and business purchase and sale agreements, including business succession issues.
Brian leads the firm’s real estate practice, with an emphasis on the intersection of business law and real estate. He regularly represents clients on commercial real estate purchases and commercial leases reviews, and he advises businesses on everything from startup entity formation to ongoing corporate governance issues.
Nate’s corporate practice includes assisting corporations and business entities with formations, sales and purchase, shareholder buy-outs, and private securities offerings, along with corporate governance issues.
Nate has a special interest in legal issues surrounding telemedicine. He regularly represents medical professions in practice transitions, including physicians, dentists, and veterinarians.
Michael’s focus is on commercial real estate, especially business law and associated litigation issues. He regularly represents clients commercial leases reviews, closings, and he advises businesses on everything from startup entity formation to ongoing corporate governance issues.
Courtney manages the firm’s finances and human resources. She also works on firm events, marketing, social media, and technology issues. As Practice Administrator, Courtney assists with client management, from the intake process to payments and billing.
Callie works with our attorneys on all types of business transactions. She is a skilled Corporate Paralegal and a valuable member of our team. As Assistant Practice Administrator, Callie also helps to keep the firm running smoothly by assisting with vendor communications, and technology implementation.
Makayla serves as the firm’s Front Office Coordinator. As our receptionist, Makayla enjoys greeting clients and making our visitors feel welcome. Her duties also include assisting with the client intake process, firm events and general office administration.
