Buxton & Collie is pleased to announce that Jim Buxton has been nominated and elected to serve as a Council Member for the South Carolina Bar Corporate, Banking & Securities Law Section Council for the 2018-19 Bar year. The Section’s duties include CLE planning, informing Section members of significant developments in corporate, banking and securities law, and supporting the Legal Opinion Ad Hoc Committee and any other duly constituted committees.
