Buxton & Collie, LLC is proud to announce that Jim Buxton and Nate Johnson have been selected to serve on the Corporate Banking and Securities Law Section of the South Carolina Bar.
Jim will be serving as Secretary, and Nate is serving as a Council Member. As partners on the firm’s Corporate Team, Jim and Nate regularly advise companies on all matters related to business formations, private funding, mergers and sales. They look forward to serving the South Carolina Bar in these areas of practice.
