Sarah Whited Glasgow

Sarah is a business attorney dedicated to helping companies navigate both everyday legal needs and complex transactions. She partners closely with business owners and leadership teams to build strong legal foundations and provide practical, solutions-driven counsel at every stage of a company’s growth.

Her practice encompasses mergers and acquisitions, private securities offerings, and general corporate matters. In M&A transactions, Sarah guides clients through every phase of a deal– from letter of intent through closing–with a focus on protecting their interests and keeping the process on track. Her general corporate work spans entity formation, governance, and contracts, providing businesses with the legal support they need to operate with confidence.

Sarah earned her J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where she served as an Assistant Articles Editor for the Journal of Law and Education. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware, where she competed as a member of the women’s tennis team.

Sarah is a Contributing Editor of the South Carolina Business Law Handbook: A Practical Guide for Business Owners, Entrepreneurs and Their Counsel (SC Bar, 2d ed. 2025), reflecting her commitment to advancing practical legal knowledge for the business community.
