Allen, Jr. Michael is an experienced attorney uniquely positioned in the transactional, commercial real estate and business dispute fields of law, adding a valuable skillset to the Buxton & Collie team.
An Atlanta native and Clemson graduate, Michael worked as an associate attorney for a state-wide law firm that specializes in project and construction counsel, prior to joining Buxton & Collie. He has successfully navigated commercial real estate disputes, corporate transactions, commercial lease matters, business contract negotiations, and more.
Michael is not only a talented attorney, but he is also a proud husband and father, and is actively engaged in the community. Michael volunteers as the Legal Sector Representative on the Charleston County Community Development Advisory Board, helps coordinate the Charleston Lawyer Softball League, and plays guitar in the Church at Lifepark Worship Band.
