Brian Collie and Nathan Johnson had fun presenting jointly at the College of Charleston last Friday. The CLE on business law was entitled “What Works for Me”. They covered the securities laws and regulations involved in the hypothetical scenario of retiring from law and buying a brewery…but, they aren’t retiring any time soon!!
