On Friday, December 16th, Attorney Jim Buxton and fellow Bar members Doug Lineberry and India Vincent presented at the SC Bar Conference Center in Columbia, SC. The CLE topic “Transactional Intellectual Property” was a practical, powerful overview and tour of transactional intellectual property topics. Lawyers in attendance learned how to guide business clients through the challenging decisions they will make in buying, selling, and protecting their most valuable assets.
