Buxton & Collie is happy to announce the hiring of Cecile R. Crogan. Cecile will lead the firm’s estate planning practice. Cecile is a Conway native who returned to South Carolina in 2020, after practicing in Maryland for several years. Cecile graduated from Clemson with a degree in Political Science, and then continued her education at the Charleston School of Law. She is admitted in both South Carolina and Maryland.
